Carytown Bikes multi-sport team member, Marty Stiegmann clearly knows how to peak for a race as well as anybody. Once again he timed his training perfectly again this year and won the Duathlon World Championships in Spain last week! Marty won using a strong performance in the bike leg(and his HED Stinger 6′s) and held off the competition in the final run by 4 seconds!!
