So one of our customers seems to run out of daylight on some of his rides. He had resorted to using duct tape to attach a headlight to his stem. I understand…necessity. When he upgraded to an FSA Plasma integrated bar/stem system, he asked for a better solution. I spent a few minutes with my favorite tool, the file, and a piece of scrap stainless steel to make him a new light mount. I disassembled the light and installed a threaded insert within the body. Utilizing three titanium T-25 torx bolts and some blue loctite, I think we nipped the dangling duct tape flashlight eyesore in butt.
